Pricing

Prices as quote expectation, not as final invoice.

The pricing page shows the known catalogue prices and implementation expectations, with clear boundaries around VAT, review, payment and activation.

Base Platform is required. Modules can be added within a controlled request.

Catalogue

Base Platform plus modules.

These amounts are public price expectations from the current catalogue context. The definitive route remains quote, review, payment and activation.

For larger organisations, more complex setup, migration, process guidance or extra support.

Extra users, tribes, storage or different agreements are reviewed manually.

Request route

How price moves towards payment.

The app remains responsible for module choice, agreement on the price expectation, review, payment and activation.

  1. 01

    Module choice

The organisation chooses Base Platform plus suitable modules. Base Platform remains required.

  2. 02

    Agreement on price expectation

The registrant explicitly approves the price expectation before the request moves to review.

  3. 03

    Review

Tooltribes reviews the request and can approve, reject or ask for more information.

  4. 04

    Payment after approval

After approval, payment can follow. Activation remains tied to confirmed payment.

Boundaries

Important commercial and tax boundaries.

The website makes the expectation clear without tax or live-payment claims.

Excluding VAT

VAT, tax treatment, VAT identification and cross-border rules remain review points before public release.

Quote is not an invoice

A quote or payment summary is commercial context, not a final tax invoice.

Approval before payment

Payment only starts after Tooltribes has reviewed and approved the registration.

Activation after payment

Access, roles and modules only become active after confirmed payment and activation.

Fair use and enterprise agreement

The standard commercial expectation fits approximately 100 tribes, 200 Tool Cards and 300 users. Use above that scale, or use with different implementation, support, integration or scalability needs, requires an additional enterprise agreement; this is not an automatic technical block.

Extra users, tribes, storage, VAT, final invoice agreements and payment remain review topics.
