Request route
The app remains responsible for module choice, agreement on the price expectation, review, payment and activation.
The organisation chooses Base Platform plus suitable modules. Base Platform remains required.
The registrant explicitly approves the price expectation before the request moves to review.
Tooltribes reviews the request and can approve, reject or ask for more information.
After approval, payment can follow. Activation remains tied to confirmed payment.
Boundaries
The website makes the expectation clear without tax or live-payment claims.
VAT, tax treatment, VAT identification and cross-border rules remain review points before public release.
A quote or payment summary is commercial context, not a final tax invoice.
Payment only starts after Tooltribes has reviewed and approved the registration.
Access, roles and modules only become active after confirmed payment and activation.
The standard commercial expectation fits approximately 100 tribes, 200 Tool Cards and 300 users. Use above that scale, or use with different implementation, support, integration or scalability needs, requires an additional enterprise agreement; this is not an automatic technical block.
Extra users, tribes, storage, VAT, final invoice agreements and payment remain review topics.
